I have known Darren for the past 30 years and worked closely with him in many settings in our Cottonwood Heights community. His integrity, consistency, hard-work ethic, and solid judgment are part of his nature. He is one of the most effective leaders I have worked with because of his unique ability to break down a problem with his engineering background and create solutions that last. The synergy and unity that were created as we solved problems, made our leadership team efficient and effective. His history of serving the community is well established and I welcome his leadership in our state government as he will rise to the top of any organization that he serves.
